Can-Am provided survey services during
the construction phase of this 14.2 acre
project. The project scope included laying out fours
buildings totaling 49,731 square feet,
parking lots, landscaping, curbs, offsite
improvements and future building pads.
Cabellero Master Planned Community, Pinal County
Can-Am provided topographic survey for
this 640 acre project. Engineering services included
the design of 4 miles of offsite arterial roadways.
Offsite utility design was provided for 8 miles of
12 inch water main and a lift station and 12 miles
of 8 inch sewer force main.
Multi-Generational Recreation Complex – Apache Junction,
AZ

The Multi-Gen Center in Apache
Junction is a 37,252 square foot two- story,
mixed-use facility on 5 acres. It is part of a
complex that contains the new City Hall and Court
House. This facility will contain a health club,
running track, climbing wall, meeting rooms and a
commercial kitchen. The
Can-Am team worked closely with the
architectural firm providing demolition plans,
grading and drainage plans, utility plans, curb and
gutter plans and a storm water pollution and
prevention plan. Can-Am
provided professional survey services for the
Multi-Gen Center and for the entire project.
Copper Basin and Skyline Schools, Florence Unified
School District, Pinal County, AZ

Can-Am’s design team provided all site
design services on these two 1,050 student schools.
The sites were 15 acres and 16 acres respectively.
Can-Am’s team
worked closely with the architects and project
owners to facilitate the timely completion of these
much needed facilities.
City of Glendale Pedestrian Improvements – Glendale, AZ

Working the Sundt Construction
as the General Contractor, Can-Am supplied
construction staking services on this fast track
project. Glendale wished to provide a face lift to
it’s downtown area in preparation for the Super Bowl
scheduled for January 2008.
Can-Am laid out: 49,542 SF sidewalk,
3,913 LF curb & gutter, 5,585 LF brick header, 162
tons asphalt concrete, 211 pedestrian lights, 48
street lights, 344 electrical receptacles, 44 miles
of electrical conduit, 6,587 shrubs, 514 trees, 33
trash receptacles. With great team work by all
involved, this project came in on time and on
budget.

Gold Canyon Fire Station, Gold Canyon, AZ

This project is located on
SR#60. Can-Am
provided civil design services, survey services and
landscape architectural design on this project.
Can-Am worked
with ADOT to design the cross median emergency lane
on SR#60 to allow direct west bound access.
Gold Canyon Village Shopping Center

This 5+ acre site contains a
404 wash through the center of the property.
Re-routing this wash to the north side of the
property and coordinating three access points to the
SR #60 with ADOT are two of the design points of
interest on this project.
Can-Am
provided civil engineering, land survey and
landscape architectural services on this project.
Gold Canyon Village Shopping Center was completed in
September, 2007.
Pinal
Profession Village by UTAZ Development

Can-Am has completed
survey and civil design on a 14 acre site located on
Gantzel Road south of Combs in Pinal County. The
project will contain 18 buildings ranging from 5200
to 7700 square feet. These buildings will
accommodate up to 45 medical office condominiums.
This medical office complex will provide office
space to medical professionals in support of the new
Banner Hospital soon to be constructed nearby.

Patton Estates Master Planned Community
Can-Am is providing land planning, civil
design, survey and landscape architectural services
for this master planned community. This community
will have an integrated village feel with an old
town center. Patton Estates will include a town
plaza, lake amenities, parks and hiking and riding
trails.
